I’ve spent years in corporate training, coaching and leadership development. I’ve taught leaders about emotional intelligence, communication, engagement, feedback, delegation, strategic planning and how to build stronger teams. And somewhere along the way, one thing became very clear to me:

I can stand at the front of the room and give the presentation. But I’d much rather pull up a chair and have a conversation.

I’ve spent years training, coaching, and developing people, from individual contributors and new managers to experienced leaders and teams.
My background includes leadership development, emotional intelligence, communication, employee engagement, coaching and feedback, delegation, strategic planning, team development, and DiSC.
But my experience isn’t only from the training room. I’ve built businesses too.
I’ve built multiple businesses from the ground up across very different industries, including marketing, construction, training and development, and website design and development.
I’ve been involved in the whole process: developing the product or service, finding customers, marketing, creating systems and processes, building websites and technology, solving problems, developing teams, and figuring out what needs to happen next when there isn’t a roadmap.
So I understand that running a business looks very different from talking about one.
That’s the experience I bring to our conversations.
But you’re not hiring my résumé.
